Easley or Greer for Family??

Does anyone have any information about the towns of Greer or Easley? Our realtor had suggested these might be nice towns w/good schools........I can%26#39;t seem to get a handle of what kind of towns they are, even after reading tons of different sites, etc.

We have family who live in Greer and it is becomming an extesion of Greenville, SC.This town (Greenville) is one of the larger towns in SC. Greer is now meeting with Greenville to form one large city.

This will not be a small town to move to if you are looking for a small town.

Easley is a medium size town with lots of outskirts with nice homes to check out for families.Just check and see what county your home will be in and check the propity taxes for that county before you buy.We live in Oconee county and our taxes just doubled this year! Our school systems are improving but still SC is on the bottom of the eductional list on the US list.Check this fact out before you move.
