Dunes villiage

is this open? Has anyone seen the indoor waterpark?

Dunes villiage

I dont think they have opened yet, tho%26#39; they do look like they could open any day.....some construction still in the area, as they have yet to complete phase 2 of the project...you can actually see some of the indoor waterpark from Ocean Blvd....looks pretty neat, dont know if I totally agree with the colors of the building....its a retro thing, I guess....just kinda clashes with SouthWind Villas next door....

:)

Dunes villiage

Dunes Village is open. I qot a price for a room November 9-12. I haven%26#39;t seen the place yet and wish there were pictures posted. I asked them if this was an all new hotel and they said that they built the new building onto the old one and redid the old one. Based on the old reviews, I%26#39;m cautious about staying there, but the new picture on the website looks great. Wish there were pictures of the rooms posted.

We went down yesterday to check out Dunes Village. It is great! The waterpark is completed, but not glass enclosed yet. They plan to start that the first week in November, and the man said that they hope to be done by November 8th. He said it could take longer because this is the first time they have ever done this, but it should take a week. The rooms are absolutely beautiful! We looked at the one bedroom oceanfront, which has 2 beds, a murphy bed, a living room, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, and oceanfront balcony. It was so clean and very tastefully decorated! We can%26#39;t wait to go back! We made our reservation while we were there. Once this place is discovered, it will probably fill up fast! The rates are reasonable as well!

Thank you to all !!I is the water park big?

For an indoor hotel water park, yes. It looks like it will be a lot of fun. There is also a game room with pool and maybe ping pong, etc. (not video games). When it is finished, it will be really nice. I think anyone who likes water parks would have fun at theirs.

Thank You Travelizfun for the updated information. My son was thrilled.

Hi! We just got back from our spectacular weekend at Dunes Village today. It is better than expected!! Everything is so clean and neat. The indoor waterpark still is not finished yet. They have started enclosing it thought, and I expect it will be finished soon. They had a leak in the indoor lazy river ride and had to repair it, but before we left, everything was in working order again. This is, without a doubt, one of the nicest, if not the nicest, resort in Myrtle Beach! I hope everyone who stays there will help to take care of the place so that it doesn%26#39;t get run down and it will be a wonderful place for families to visit for years to come!

anybody got any pic yet
