Breakers Paradise Towers

This will be our first trip as a family to Myrtle Beach and I have heard that Paradise Towers is perfect for kids with lots to do in the area.

I checked out location of it and it looks like it isn%26#39;t oceanfront....is it because the complex for the Breakers is so big that it sits back a bit from the ocean?

Thanks everyone......

Breakers Paradise Towers

It is oceanfront. It is a great place for kids because the pools are geared to the younger set. Places to eat are close by and you are centrally located to most kid friendly attractions.

Breakers Paradise Towers

Agree with the above post. The Breakers Paradise Tower is a great location for families....centrally located with plenty of places to grab a bite, a cup of coffee or and ice cream! Next door to one of my fav beach cafes, Bummz, which is like having a pic nic at a friends house....live music thru the day and evening during season...just up the street up you have River City reknowned for their burgers and peanuts on the floor, SoHo for their sushi, the Bagel Factory for great breakfasts and lunch.....and not a far car/cab/bus ride to Broadway at the Beach! And, if the kids want to hit the arcades and beachwear shops...just a few blocks south of there! Great location...and yes, ON the beach with a fun waterpark!

:)

Not sure what time of year you%26#39;re going, however, I%26#39;d recommend the Breakers north boutique hotel, a few blocks north. We have stayed at the Breakers main resort (beside Paradise) during summer and have found the pools/kids facilities way too crowded and not as clean for that very reason. At the north boutique hotel it%26#39;s quieter and cleaner. And, you still have access to the main resort/Paradise water facilities if you so choose. Plus, the north boutique hotel is much cheaper. It%26#39;s oceanfront, too.
