Looking again to buy a 1 b/d condo! Good area, low fees, use when possible, rent off an on, we are not beach people per se. Like wooded areas. Can you advise on any communities. All help appreciated!

Your best bet is to check the local MLS Listings. You can find them online at hiltonheadmls.com.
Since you plan to do some renting, limit yourself to Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard, Forest Beach, and Folly Field areas. Our other communities do not allow short term rentals.
