Beach

Is there any public beach access in Myrtle Beach? It seems that when I was there before, if you didn%26#39;t stay at a hotel on the beach, there was no parking or way to get to the beach.

Plenty of public access, not sure where you stayed, particularly if you head up North Ocean Blvd, there are public accesses every couple of blocks. You will not find much access down by the old Pavillion and not much on South Ocean Blvd, but you have many options north. Although parking for each access is limited.

There is also public beach access by the Dayton House. :)

There are public access points along the beach, just look for signs which you can see from the Ocan Blvd. Some access points will be beside or in-between hotels.

Most of the public beach access is not large parking lots you%26#39;d see elsewhere but rather small dirt driveways that can park 8-10 cars, but they are frequent. In some spots it seems they are almost where every street meets Ocean ave. There are a few lots available also.
