My husband and I will be making our first trip to Hilton Head in May. As it appears that you are the resident expert, what are some of the things that we should make sure and do while we are there? We are in our early 50s and will be there for a week. We love active things like biking and good places for seafood. We%26#39;d also like to see some dolphins while we are there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Before you come check out hhidining.com. This website is an internet version of a popular dining guide here. You will be able to peruse menus and description of many of our restaurants, so that your evening dining experience is pleasurable. Also check the ';Go'; List for Hilton Head here at Trip Advisor. There is a restaurant thread, which I update periodically.
You should also book a Dolphin Cruise. These go out of Harbortown Marina or Shelter Cove. Unlike the Marine Parks of Florida, our Dolphins are in the wild, but are still the friendliest creatures around here.
