We are planning to bring our 3 boys ages 5-10 to MB during early November. Disappointed that the rides will be closed. Any advice on what to do, where to stay with them? They love the beach in any weather, and pools.

You still have some of the attractions open...i.e, mini golf, NasCar Speedpark, Magic Quest, Alligator Adventure....and some of the dinner shows (Medieval Times and Dixie Stampede). You could head down to Brookgreen Gardens (alot for kids to do there too!) or take a Jeep Safari ride....

Of course the beach is open 365 days a year, no matter the weather or the season. I would look at accomodations that would have an indoor as well as outdoor pool option....Sea Island Inn, Monteray Bay Suites, Breakers Paradise...just to name a few.

I would say to stay at Coral Beach Resort or Compass Cove. They are both very nice hotels. They both have about the same amenties which includes a bowling alley, game room, indoor pools, and nice spacious rooms. Both of them are in great locations and have easy parking.

The only thing I have against Compass Cove is that there indoor pool is not attaqtched to the hotel it self. They just built a thing over it to make it indoor.
