Car Hire Charleston Airport

Hi

We are international visitors, and are looking to book car hire at Charleston airport SC, but on Dollar international website, Charleston does not exist, neither does Myrtle Beach.

Can anyone tell me which is the best airport to hire a car from, within SC?

the dollar website is awful on this you are right, if you enter charleston sc it says not available BUT if you enter the airport code CHS it comes up. i rented from dollar at CHS a few months ago - so use CHS! be sure to sign up for the express club - quicker and you might get a discount code. also, check the rates every few days - in many locations they flucuate and if they go down you can rebook at the cheaper rate. las veags and many Florida locations this happens often, not sure about CHS, supply %26amp; demand dictates the rates.

I followed your instructions, however, there is no option on the Dollar website to input ';CHS';

I have not rented at Myrtle but I have at Charleston. My last rental was with Hertz. I got a great rate and good service. Car rental is easy at the airport. Best wishes.

We always use Hertz at CHS. We had the gold membership so our car is in the lot waiting for us. All the car rental desks are across from the baggage claim area. I%26#39;ve watched couples split up, one person get the luggage while one rents the car.

The rental car lot is located right outside the baggage claim area. I%26#39;ve walked farther in the Walmart parking lot;-)
