Anyone know of a good seafood restaurant overlooking the Atlantic? I know there are several overlooking water at Broadway, but looking for something nice where you can watch the tide come in.
I scanned through the sticky of restaurant recommendations and did not see anything.
Any help is appreciated.

Oceanfront Dining???Yep, Sea Captain%26#39;s house. Great food too.
There was a thng about that on the SC Channel last weekend. THe resturants looked nice.
Many hotels offer ocean front resturants also.
I recommend Gulf Stream Cafe at Garden City. Although it does not sit directly on the Atlantic, it does overlook the the water between Garden city and Murrells Inlet. It has to have the best sunset s have seen here, if not the only restaurant with a great sunset! I have wonderful pictures I have taken over the years. And, to make it even better, the food is always great! Make sure to call ahead, and plan to be there about 45 minutes before sunset for the best view!
Most definitely Sea Captains House! FABULOUS food! They do get fairly crowded at dinner time but it is well worth the wait. They also do breakfast %26amp; lunch as well...it is wonderful no matter what time you go. I go quite a bit for lunch and they do a super daily lunch special. Check out their website (www.seacaptains.com) to get some history about the place, see the menu and view the daily lunch specials. Their She Crab Soup is out-of-this-world! :-) Enjoy!
Damon%26#39;s is a great oceanfront loction. Close to the Springmaid Pier and right next to Downwind Sails. Lots of oceanfront seating both inside and outside, very pretty area, good food.

I forgot about Damons but I don%26#39;t like it so I ould not reccomend it.
How about Pier 14 around 14th Avnue North and the Ocean in Myrtle Beach...good variety...really the only ';true'; Pier restaurant...
Nibbles in Surfside is a pier restarant also. They ahve really good food too. My favorite is Sea Captain%26#39;s House...hands down! Murrels Inlet has lots of ones on the water.
