I looked at the official chamber of commerce, but does anyone else know of any fun events this weekend (Sat-Mon?)...like fairs, craft shows, flea markets? We have done all the main ';tourist'; stuff in MB, would like to try something different. Thanks!

I do know that they have a ';Big Bands Festival'; at La Belle Amie (local winery) this Saturday (10/14) Check out www.labelleamie.com for more info....
Also at Broadway at the Beach you have the Fall Festival (www.broadwayatthebeach.com) with music, face painting, pet parade (to benefit local humane society) and Chilli Cookoff...
Art in the Park located at Chapin Park just off Kings Hwy in between 11th and 12th Ave N...both Saturday and Sunday.
There may be more activities...I know the Wooden Boat Show and the Loris Bog Off is the following weekend...you may want to check out www.myrtlebeachonline.com and click on ';Kicks'; which is our weekend supplement to events and live music calendar....
