Autumn in Charleston

I have a question - would you recommend visiting Charleston and SC in the fall (early November).

I heard it is absolutely lovely in spring when everything is blooming. But how about fall? What%26#39;s the waether likely to be like? Colorfull folliage?

Everyone advice/suggestions are greately appreciated.

Thank you

Autumn in Charleston

Not a lot of autumn foliage change as Charleston is subtropical and the palmettos and live oaks will still be green. Flowers will still be blooming, although they are different flowers from those that bloom in the spring. The marsh grass turns a wondrful golden color. The weather will be mild and, possibly, quite warm. Hurricane season is over, so the risk of storms is minimal. Early November is one of our favorite times to visit Charleston.
