We plan on visiting MB in July. There are 3 women and 5 kids between the ages of 1 thru 8. Any suggestions on a reasonable condo on the beach? We are looking for at least a 3 bdrm.

Elliott Realty and Thomas Centory 21. Two of the largest realtors in NMB. One probably as good as the other. Others have had good luck going through VRBO.com and renting direct through the owners.
Buildings of all sizes. Some with full amenities and some with none. Just have to shop and find what%26#39;s in your budget.
Some small frame style beach buildings with four to six rental units. Nice because you have more privacy but in many cases no pool.
Avista, Cresent Keyes, Ashworth are some of the nicer large buildings. All have received good reviews.
Read a trip report last year about Springs Towers. People were so pleased with it they were already planning on staying there again next trip. All three bedroom units.
Great location. Short walk to places to eat, groceries, beach shop and ice cream stand for those night time treats. Would save several trips out with all those kids.

Fairfield Ocean Boulevard, Fairfield Sea Watch, Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club. Fairfield is actually owned by Wyndham now. Also check out vrbo.com.
